With more than 20 years of project and program management experience, Phil is a strategic leader with extensive experience building and empowering high-performing, cross-functional teams to advance organizational objectives and meet and exceed client expectations. His areas of expertise include resource and program management, product development, digital transformation, and IT strategy development.
He holds a certificate in project management from McGill University.
